Our High-Heat-Resistance Melamine Moulding Compound is an A5-grade resin engineered with an advanced cross-link density, giving a continuous service temperature of 155 °C—10 °C higher than standard grades—without warping or dulling.

1. Pre-heat powder 90 °C for 20 min if humidity > 60 %.
2. Set mold temperature 170–180 °C.
3. Apply 25 MPa pressure for 30–40 s (3 mm thickness).
4. Cool to 50 °C before demolding for glossy, heat-proof finish.
